3. Appeals Representation for Denied Disability Claims

If you received a Social Security Disability denial, don’t give up. We handle disability appeals, gathering additional medical records and legal evidence to strengthen your claim and increase your chances of success

4. Social Security Disability Hearing Representation
5. Ongoing Case Support & SSA Communications

If your case requires a hearing before an Administrative Law Judge (ALJ), we provide hearing preparation and represent you in court, presenting strong legal arguments and medical evidence to support your claim

We keep you updated on your case status and respond to Social Security Administration (SSA) requests, ensuring your claim moves forward without delays

How Our Representative Fee Works

At Perez Disability, we work on a contingency fee basis - meaning you don't pay anything unless we successfully secure your benefits.

No Hidden Fee

We only get paid for our services if you win your case. If your claim is denied, you owe us nothing.

Additional Costs

While our representation is based on a contingency fee, there may be additional costs associated with obtaining medical records, expert opinions, or other necessary documentation to support your case. These costs are not included in our standard fee and will be passed on to you at the actual expense.

Our goal is to keep expenses as minimal as possible while ensuring your case has the strongest evidence to support your claim.

Fee Structure

Our fees are regulated by the Social Security Administration. We receive 25% of your past-due benefits, up to a maximum set by the SSA ($9,200), and nothing comes out of your future monthly payments.
